At Harmony Lounge & Bar we respect your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect when you book a table or browse this website, what we use it for and which rights you have over it.
1. Data controller

2. Data we process
When you book a table we only ask for the data needed to manage the booking: name, email address, phone number, number of guests, date and time. We do not request payment details or special categories of data through the website.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to manage and confirm your booking, contact you if anything changes and organise the dining room. The legal basis is the pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) together with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Retention period
We keep booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and afterwards restricted for the statutory limitation periods for potential liabilities. Once it is no longer necessary, it is deleted.
5. Recipients
Your data is shared with authorised restaurant staff and may be circulated internally through messaging services (such as Telegram or WhatsApp) in order to manage the booking. We also use Google Cloud services to host the website and store booking data. These providers act as processors or recipients and may involve international transfers covered by the safeguards set out in the GDPR. We never sell or share your data for commercial purposes.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@harmony-lounge.es or at the restaurant address, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Communication with this website is always encrypted via HTTPS.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use analytics tools (Google Analytics) to understand in aggregate how the site is used and to improve it. We do not use that information to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
9. Minors
The booking form is intended for people aged 14 and over. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian to make the booking for you.
10. Changes and contact
